The Nordea store is managed by IDÉ House of Brands and is hosted on Digital Ocean in the Netherlands.
The shop is punch out integrated with Visma Proceedo and does not handle account information.

The store is handled by a team at IDÉ House of Brands which are available to answere your questions either through a chat directly in the store, or by using the contact information. The team is available during office hours monday - friday, 8am - 4pm.

IDÉ House of Brands will receive the information you provide with your order through Buy & Pay. This information is required for us to handle your purchase. No account information is stored in the store, and we do not use tracking of information for any marketing purpose.
By using the chat, we ask for you to identify yourself. We have the ability to monitor your activity using the chat, this to enable us to understand and provide you a helpful support service.

How long do we store your information?
IDÉ House of Brands will retain information that you have provided to us, as long as it is necessary for the purposes set forth in the terms of purchase of the service. IDÉ House of Brands AS will delete the personal information when IDÉ House of Brands AS has handled your inquiry, fulfilled an agreement, or when IDÉ's legal obligation is met, or when you withdraw your consent by contacting us as explained below.
The exception for deletion is for IDÉ House of Brands AS to be able to fulfill legal obligations such as for accounting purposes.
